Adrienne has an active personal injury practice representing individuals injured in car accidents, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, and slip and falls. She has helped clients with a range of injuries from whiplash injuries to injuries of a catastrophic nature. The majority of her clients are battling chronic pain and the complications that arise from this in daily life. Adrienne is dedicated to helping her client receive the compensation they deserve for their injuries.
Adrienne’s commercial litigation practice is focused on helping business people and professionals swiftly and effectively resolve their disputes. Business operations, profitability, and business growth all suffer when business owners or shareholders are embroiled in litigation. Adrienne emphasizes finding business-minded solutions to these sorts of problems so that her clients can return to doing what they do best.
Adrienne has appeared on behalf of clients before the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia, Provincial and Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, as well at mediations and settlement negotiation. She is a frequent writer and presenter on employment law and personal injury law topics.
Growing up Adrienne was a competitive freestyle skier, competing in national and international competitions. Throughout her undergraduate degree Adrienne continued to be involved in the sport working as freestyle ski coach. Adrienne is now a member of the Board of Directors for Freestyle BC as the Director for the Okanagan Zone and enjoys giving back to the sport that has given her so much.
Adrienne attended Law School in Australia at Bond University and completed her undergraduate degree at UBC in Vancouver. After growing up in Vancouver, and living in Australia and Calgary, Adrienne is excited to now call Kelowna home. When she is not in the office Adrienne can be found skiing in the winter, riding her bike in the summer and exploring the beautiful Okanagan Valley.
